Q. I Like a design on your website but the colours don’t suit my wedding theme. Can I have different colours?
A.Yes, in most instances we are able to make substitute papers and ribbons etc. in our designs. Just email us with details of the changes you would like and we will be able to advise you of your options. Depending on the changes you make, there may be a slight variation in price.
Q. Can I get Save the Date cards/ Direction cards/ Accomodation cards/ Order of service booklets made in the same theme as one of your collections?
A. Yes, we have all the above and more additional matching accessories available upon request. Just let us know which one you are after.
Q. How long does it take to complete my invitations?
A. Once we receive your order, wording/font preferences and guest list details (if applicable), a wording layout will be forwarded to you by email within 5 working days. Once you have authorised the final design, your invitations will be completed for posting within 2-3 weeks.
Q. Can I see a sample of an invitation/card or other product on your website before buying in bulk? A. Of course! We do encourage customers to purchase 1 piece of their chosen items to see if they like the product. All you need to do is add 1x desired item to checkout in our online store. We do not have minimum orders so you can order as little or as many as you please. Q. Can I have guest names and addresses printed on my envelopes? A. Yes, you can! You can purchase guest envelope sticker labels in our online store. We also provide return address sticker labels which you can attach to the back of your envelope if you wish to have that there instead of a wedding seal. Please note all RSVP cards purchased come with free return address labels on the envelopes. Just select this option from the drop-down menu in our online store. Q. What are my payment options? A. We accept credit card payments (via Paypal) and wire transfer/direct bank deposit. Q. Can I come to your premises to view the products? A. We are not open to the public as we deal exclusively as an online store, enabling us to keep our prices low. So now that is one less appointment you have to fit into your busy schedule and instead you have readily available all information and pictures online 24/7 for you to visit in your own time. Although you are not able to come in and see the products in person, we always encourage you to purchase samples of items you like. Keep in mind that all pictures in our gallery are of the actual products , so what you see is very often exactly what you get.

Q. How many invitations should I order?
A. Many people often forget that the number of invitations you should order is not the total number of guests you are inviting. Don't forget many guests will be couples and families, so usually 1 invitation per group would be suitable. So divide your guest list by half, and that's approximately the number of invitations you will need. To get an exact number though, draw up a draft guest list and group each couple and family together to get the final number. It is wise to order a few extra invites on top of that number for last-minute guests as well as a keepsake invitation for yourself. Don't forget to give invitations to members of your bridal party too. Although you know they will definately already be coming, it is courtesy to send them invitations also.
Q. When should I send out my wedding invitations?
A. Traditionally wedding invitations are sent out 6-8 weeks prior to your wedding day. However some brides and grooms elect to send them out earlier - particularly if they are having a destination wedding or if a lot of their guests will be traveling to attend. It is usual to allow guests 1 month to RSVP and then you would need another month to plan your seating arrangements once all the RSVPs are in.
Q. How do I indicate on my invitations that a wedding and the following reception is for adult guests only?
A. You should not print "Adults Only" or "No Children" on an invitation. The way your invitations are addressed indicates who is and who is not (by omission) invited to attend the wedding.
Q. We would rather our guests give us monetary gifts. Can we say so on the invitation?A. It is generally not proper to request for monetary gifts or any gifts at all, especially on the invitations. However, if you would like to give your guests a gift suggestion, enclosing a seperate card with your request is acceptable. Wishing well cards with friendly poems printed on them have become popular in recent times.
Q. Does the bride or groom’s name go first on our invitations?
A. Generally the brides name goes first on anything pre-marriage. After marriage, when you are announced as Mr and Mrs, it's the grooms name first.
Q. What does the term "RSVP" stand for?
A. RSVP is an abbreviation of the French phrase: réspondez s'il vous plaît (respond if you please). Many people use "please RSVP," but that's actually saying "please respond if you please". It's better to just say "RSVP by..."
Q. What is "Bonbonniere" or "Bomboniere"?
A. They are both pretty much the same thing! Originally a tradition used in Europe, they are becoming quite commonplace in Australian weddings of today. The French call it "Bonbonierre" and the Italian call it "Bomboniere". Whatever you wish to call it, it simply refers to the favours which are set on the reception tables for guests to take home with them- those small gifts of gratitude given to wedding guests as a keepsake and momento of your wedding day.
Q. How soon after the wedding should thank you cards/notes be sent?A. You should aim to send out your thank you cards and notes within 2 months after the wedding day to thank guests for their attendance, well wishes, gifts, etc.
