How to order
If you have ordered wedding invitations, please scroll down to the "Invitation Printing process" section below and follow the additional steps required after the checkout process relating to the submission of invitation wording and guest list details for printing.
What stationery should you order
When deciding on what stationery to order, consider factors such as personal circumstances, budget, time, etc. A typical stationery suite might consist of: A wedding invitation card, envelope, RSVP card set and a wishing well card (or information card if needed). Then you have the option of ordering additional stationery if desired such as: Save the Date cards, Directions cards, Map cards, Thank you cards, etc. If you need to order any of these items but don't see them listed online, please don't hesitate to contact us about them, as we can make matching stationery for all of our collections.
Once you have your basic stationery suite covered, you also have the option to add in some nice little 'extras' which include: Address sticker labels, envelope liners, a custom designed monogram for your stationery and more.
Next is stationery for your wedding day/reception which might consist of any or all of the following: Order of Service/Church booklets, Wedding programs, place cards, menus, table number cards, bonbonniere tags & boxes and a seating plan.
When to order your wedding stationery
6-12 months before your wedding date: If you are planning to send out Save the Date Cards, now is the time to order and send them out so that you give your guests plenty of notice of your wedding date. This notice is particularly important for overseas or out-of-town guests.
3-6 months before your wedding date: You should aim to order your wedding invitations at least 3 months before the big day to ensure you that you can have everything delivered in time. Remember that the more notice you give us of your order, the more time we can spend on making your order just perfect!
When to send out your wedding invitations
Generally speaking, wedding invitations should be sent out 6-8 weeks before your wedding date, or earlier if you have international or out-of-town guests.
To order a sample of any of our wedding invitations or stationery, simply locate the item in our online store and click "Add to Cart". Once all the desired items have been added to the online cart, please click "Checkout" to complete the order.
All prices quoted on the site are in Australian Dollars (AUD). B Studio reserves the right to alter prices without notification. Prices displayed for our wedding invitations and stationery include complete printing of personalised wording and font(s) of your choice and we also print guest names on invitations at no additional cost. Envelope address labels are also available at a small cost.
Paypal- Paypal is an electronic payment gateway which allows users to process payment securely online, using all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). You will automatically be redirected to the Paypal website upon checkout. Paypal is our preferred payment option as it's fast, efficient and most importantly, a secure and safe portal for both seller and buyer. At no time will B Studio have access to your credit card details. For more information you can go to http://www.paypal.com/.
Bank Deposit- Available for Australian customers only. If you would like to pay via bank deposit, please contact us first.
The current order timing for printed stationery is approximately 3-5 weeks. For samples, please allow between 5-15 days to receive your parcel. For international customers, please allow additional time to receive your samples. We will contact you should there be any unexpected delays in sending out your order. Need your order in a rush? Postage / Delivery within Australia
For Australian customers, please allow ample time for your order to arrive via Australia Post. We take great care in packaging to ensure that your invitations reach you in perfect condition. We cannot be held liable for damage caused by third parties. Urgent or special deliveries can be accommodated at extra cost. If you wish to use Express Post or registered mail please contact us directly. Postage & handling fee is subject to change. Postage costs will automatically be calculated at check-out.
For orders outside of Australia, we post via International Air Mail. Postage fees will be calculated at check-out depending on the destination country. Postage & handling fee is subject to change. Please note, you will be responsible for any applicable duties and taxes in your own country on arrival of the parcel. Please check with your country authorities if any of these may apply to you.
We now have a minimum order of 20 invitations/stationery. When ordering, please ensure to add approximately 5-10 "spares" on top of your guestlist to cater for any unexpected or last minute guests. This will save you both time and money in the long run as a small surcharge will apply for re-orders of stationery.
If you would like to lock in a start date for your future stationery order, we encourage you to place a deposit with us. As we are often booked months in advance, we do advise on this option. This deposit will guarantee that we have the resources to work on your order at a pre-arranged time as set by you. Please contact us to discuss.
Onscreen colours may appear slightly different from actual versions depending on different computer settings. We recommend that a sample be purchased prior to placing an order.
All our products are carefully handmade. We always take great care and pride in our work and always ensure products are up to standard before sending them to the customer. For our invitations and cards, we make each card individually, so there may be differences from the card pictured, however differences will be very slight.
Refunds can be given before the start of a customised invitation printing order has taken place and prior to stock being ordered. A cancellation fee may be charged depending on the status of the order. No refunds will be given after the commencement of printing or once stock has been ordered. The order will be considered final at this stage. There are no refunds for sample items ordered or deposits placed to lock in an order. Most custom designed items, such as invitations, are made by hand and slight variations are unavoidable. Reasons based on this will not be refunded.
All designs (inclusive of any custom design work), photography and website content are wholly owned and reserved by "B Studio". No part may be sold, copied or reproduced in whole or in part under any circumstance, without written permission. We reserve the right to use custom-designed pieces for future collections/ displays.
We do not share or pass on any personal information to anyone under any circumstance. All details submitted to us, inclusive of guest name and addresses are kept strictly private and confidential.
INVITATION PRINTING PROCESS
Step 1- Select and Checkout
Select your desired stationery in our "Online Store". Enter in the quantity required and proceed to checkout. Orders processed through the online checkout will be paid through Paypal. If you wish to pay via another method, please contact us first. We require payment in full before we can start working on your job.
Step 2- Submit Wording
Submit your invitation wording and font choices to Order@bstudioweddinginvitations.com. For some ideas and suggestions, please visit our "Invitation wording guide" & "Invitation Font Guide" sections. You can also check out our gallery pictures and look at sample layouts there. You may choose to use a sample from there or you can provide us your own wording.
Step 3- Personalisation
We print individual guest names on invitations purchased for you at no additional cost. If you wish to display guest names on each invite, please forward all guest names to Order@bstudioweddinginvitations.com along with your chosen invitation wording. If you would like us to also print guest names and addresses on your envelopes (these are provided via sticker labels which are available at additional charge), please remember to include all addresses with your guest name list. We will forward a guest name & address spreadsheet to you after your order is confirmed. Please double check the spelling and details of all guest names and addresses before forwarding the spreadsheet back to us.
Step 4- Proofing
Once we have received your invitation wording and guest list (if applicable) we will send a proof of your invitation layout via email within 2-3 working days. When you are happy with the final layout, let us know as soon as possible. It is the clients responsibility to check that all the correct information has been reflected in the proof. B Studio takes no responsibility for the contents of the proof. Once you have authorised the final design, no alterations can be made. Any errors made on behalf of B Studio will be reprinted free of charge. However errors that are within the wording submitted by the client will be reprinted at a cost to the client. It is the client's responsibility to check all wording and layout to ensure it is correct prior to authorising for printing.
Step 5- Sit back and relax
Once we have received your final authorisation, we will print, assemble and post your invitations out to you. Look out for us in the mail as a parcel will be coming your way very soon!
