How to order 


First browse our gallery and make note of the invitation(s) and/or stationery you desire. Then proceed to the online store and follow the simple steps to the online checkout. Our online store is always conveniently open and ready to take your order 24/7. Postage costs will be automatically calculated based on the type and quantity of items ordered. 

If you have ordered wedding invitations, please scroll down to the "Invitation Printing process" section below and follow the additional steps required after the checkout process relating to the submission of invitation wording and guest list details for printing.

When to order your wedding stationery

6-12 months before your wedding date: If you are planning to send out Save the Date Cards, now is the time to order and send them out so that you give your guests plenty of notice of your wedding date. This notice is particularly important for overseas or out-of-town guests.

3-4 months before your wedding date: You should aim to order your wedding invitations at least 3 months before the big day to ensure you that you can have everything delivered in time. Remember that the more notice you give us of your order, the more time we can spend on making your order just perfect!

When to send out your wedding invitations

Generally speaking, wedding invitations should be sent out 6-8 weeks before your wedding date, or earlier if you have overseas or out-of-town guests.

Prices

All prices quoted on the site are in Australian Dollars (AUD). B Studio reserves the right to alter prices without notification.

Payment Options

Paypal- Paypal is an electronic payment gateway which allows users to process payment securely online, using all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express). You will automatically be redirected to the Paypal website upon checkout. Paypal is our preferred payment option as it's fast, efficient and most importantly, a secure and safe portal for both seller and buyer. At no time will B Studio have access to your credit card details. For more information you can go to http://www.paypal.com/.

Bank Deposit- If you don't wish to use Paypal, we also gladly accept bank account transfers and direct deposits to our bank account. Please contact us for details.

Postage / Delivery


For Australian customers, please allow ample time for your order to arrive via Australia Post standard post. We take great care in packaging to ensure that your invitations reach you in perfect condition.  We cannot be held liable for damage caused by third parties. Please allow ample time for delivery. Urgent or special deliveries can be accommodated at an extra cost. If you wish to use Express Post or registered mail please contact us directly. Postage & Handling fee is subject to change. Postage costs will automatically be calculated at check-out.

Current Australian postage costs:

  • Any single item in store- $3.50
  • Additional items- $0.30 for each additional luxury wallet and bonbonniere/gift boxes and $0.10 for each additional invitation card, RSVP card, wishing well card, envelope, place card and thank-you card ordered.

We now ship internationally too! Different rates apply to each country so please contact us for the postage costs for your country!

The current order timing for printed stationery is between 2-4 weeks. For samples, please allow between 3-7 days to receive your order. We will contact you should there be any unexpected delays in sending out your order.

Minimum orders

There are no minimum quantities you must order for any of our invitations or stationery products. You can order as many or as little as you like- all to match your guest numbers. Many other companies often instill minimum order quantities, however we at B Studio know our customers like flexibility and we don't want you to end up with numerous unused invitations and products. Having said that, we find many couples like to order extra invitations just in case they have last minute changes in guest numbers.

Colours/Finish


Onscreen colours may appear slightly different from actual versions depending on different computer settings. We recommend that a sample be purchased prior to placing an order.

Product Quality

All our products are carefully handmade. We always take great care and pride in our work and always ensure products are up to standard before sending them to the customer. For our invitations and cards, we make each card individually, so there may be differences from the card pictured, however differences will be very slight. Do rest assured that all pictures featured on our website are of our actual creations.

Refunds


Refunds can be given before the start of a customised invitation printing order has taken place. No refunds will be given after the commencement of printing. The order will be considered final at this stage. There are no refunds for sample items ordered.

Most custom designed items, such as invitations, are made by hand and slight variations are unavoidable. Reasons based on this will not be refunded.

Privacy


We do not share or pass on any personal information to anyone under any circumstance. All details submitted to us, inclusive of guest name and addresses are kept strictly confidential.

 

♦INVITATION PRINTING PROCESS

Step 1- Select your desired invitation in our "Online Store". Enter in the quantity required and proceed to checkout. Orders processed through the online checkout will be paid through Paypal so if you wish to pay via another method, please contact us first. Once paid, Paypal will advise both you and us of the payment confirmation.

 

Step 2- Submit your invitation wording and font choices to Order@bstudioweddinginvitations.com. For ideas, visit our "Invitation wording guide" & "Invitation Font Guide" sections. You can also check out our gallery pictures and look at sample layouts there. You may choose to use a sample from there or you can provide us your own wording.

 

Step 3- We print individual guest names on invitations purchased for you at no additional cost. If you wish to display guest names on each invite, please forward all guest names to Order@bstudioweddinginvitations.com along with your chosen invitation wording. If you would like us to also print guest names and addresses on envelopes purchased from us (at additional charge), please remember to include all addresses with your guest name list. We will forward a guest name & address spreadsheet to you after your order is confirmed. Please double check the spelling and details of all guest names and addresses before forwarding to us.

 

Step 4- Once we have received your chosen invitation wording and guest name/address list (if applicable) we will send a proof of your invitation layout within 5 working days. When you are happy with the final layout, let us know as soon as possible. Once you have authorised the final design, no alterations can be made. Any errors made on behalf of B Studio will be reprinted free of charge. However errors that are within the wording submitted by the client will be reprinted at a cost to the client. It is the client's responsibility to check all wording and layout to ensure it is correct before authorising for printing.

 

Step 5- Sit back and relax. Once we have received your final authorisation, we will begin to print and post your invitations within 2-3 weeks. Look out for us in the mail as a parcel will be coming your way very soon!
